Neodymium iron boron magnet (NdFeB) is the strongest permanent magnet material, with the characteristics of small size, light weight and high energy product. Anhui Boci Technology Co., Ltd. can customize NdFeB magnets of various shapes and sizes, the grades include N35~N52, N30M~N50M, N30H~N48H, N30SH~N45SH, N28UH~N40UH, N28EH~N38EH and N28AH~N35AH, and the coating includes Ni-Cu-Ni, zinc, gray epoxy, black epoxy, Ni +NiCuNi, chemical nickel, phosphating, etc. The tightly packed magnets can be shipped overseas by express, air or sea.
Product Quality Requirements
When producing this product, customers have very high requirements for the product itself.
1. The plating layer is required to reach 10~20uM
2. The chamfer must reach R2, and the appearance has no missing corners
3. The salt spray test needs to meet 48 hours without rust
4. Tension test needs to be able to pass 36# reagent, and the internal shrinkage within 3s should not exceed 1/3 of the area
5. The aging test needs to achieve the magnetic flux attenuation rate ≤10% under the condition of 120℃, test for 2 hours
Processing Technology

Surface Treatment
If the permanent magnet needs to work in a humid and harsh environment, it is recommended to perform surface treatment on the magnet. Our usual processing methods are:
There are blue and white zinc plating, color zinc, nickel copper nickel, chemical nickel, epoxy resin, phosphating and so on.
It can also be silver-plated, gold-plated, Everlube, etc. according to some special requirements.
Magnetic Direction
We can perform thickness direction magnetization, axial magnetization, radial magnetization, multi-stage magnetization, radiation magnetization, etc. Special customized magnetization methods are also available.
Note: When using strong magnets, workers should pay attention to the strong attraction between the magnets to avoid injury. Sintered neodymium iron boron magnets are very fragile materials, so they need to be packaged together with a plate, and a small template is placed on a piece of magnet to avoid missing corners and cracks due to impact or collision during transportation.
